Cars are not necessary and discouraged. Parking is not included but may be procured through third party services. DC is a walkable city with many public transportation options.

How close are the apartments to public transportation?

 Our apartments are strategically located within a few steps from the NoMa/Galludet Univ metro station on the red line. There are numerous bus stops within a few blocks and Capital Bike Share docking stations. 

The Neighborhood-- NoMa

Welcome to NoMa – short for “North of Massachusetts Avenue” – one of Washington, DC’s most vibrant and rapidly developing neighborhoods. For a university student interning in DC, NoMa is an ideal spot to live, work, or hang out thanks to its central location, great transit options, and youthful, urban vibe.

Located just north of Union Station and the Capitol, NoMa is served by the Metro Red Line at NoMa–Gallaudet U Station. Union Market and the H St. corridor along with restaurants, cafes, nightlife, grocery stores, markets and retail shops are all within a short walk. NoMa is bike-friendly with access to trails like the Metropolitan Branch Trail.
