Lease agreement dates for Summer 2026 are May 16 – August 15, 2026. You may arrive anytime on or after the lease start date and time. Departure may be on lease end date or anytime before the date.
All-Inclusive Rates:
Fully Furnished Individual Bedroom in a 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom apt. for Summer: $9,300 ($3,100 per month)
Fully Furnished Shared Bedroom in a 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom apt. for Summer: $4,650 ($1,550 per month)
